Longevity questions

The questions patients actually ask about this program, answered by the clinical team behind it.

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme derived from vitamin B3 that every living cell uses in energy metabolism and DNA repair. Levels tend to decline with age. That decline is why NAD+ is studied in the context of aging, though the research is still developing and outcomes are not guaranteed.
People typically use it seeking support for energy, mood and mental clarity, recovery and general healthy aging. Research in these areas is ongoing rather than settled. These are compounded products, are not FDA-approved, and we will not claim they reverse aging or treat any condition.
Most people report none. Some experience headache, flushing, nausea, diarrhea, dizziness, cramping, fatigue, or redness or bruising at the injection site. If you get sensitivity at a site, rotate to a different one. If symptoms persist, stop and contact your care team.
Sermorelin is a synthetic analogue of a naturally occurring hormone that signals the pituitary gland to release growth hormone. It is prescribed and compounded for an individual patient and is not FDA-approved.
It is used to support the body's own growth hormone signaling. Patients commonly report interest in energy, sleep quality, mood and recovery. Individual response varies widely, outcomes are not guaranteed, and your clinician will be direct with you about what it can and cannot do.
Most commonly, reactions at the injection site: irritation, itching, sensitivity, swelling, pain or redness. Less commonly: difficulty swallowing, dizziness, flushing, headache, nausea, rash, drowsiness, taste changes or restlessness. If side effects worsen, hold the medication and contact your clinician. If you develop swelling of the lips, tongue or face, or difficulty breathing, call 911 immediately.
B12-MIC is an injectable combining vitamin B12 with three lipotropic compounds: methionine, inositol and choline. It is the lowest-cost option in this program and is often used alongside a metabolic plan.
It may not be appropriate if you have liver or kidney disease, an allergy to cobalamin (B12) or any of the MIC components, or certain metabolic disorders. Anyone pregnant or breastfeeding should speak with a clinician before use.
No. These are prescription compounded medications dispensed by an independent licensed pharmacy after a clinician's review, not over-the-counter supplements.
