The price you see is the price
Clinician review, medication if prescribed, base labs where indicated and shipping are in one number. No membership fee, no consult fee, and no increase when your dose goes up.
Limits published, not buried
Our refund window is 72 hours before services are received, and there is no refund for the month you cancel. We would rather you read that here than discover it later.
Weight is not the only measure
Weight, hormones, energy and recovery move together in midlife. Four programs, and a clinician who can move you between them as things change.
What we will not pretend
A lot of this category is built on claims that do not survive a close read. Here is everything we would rather you knew up front.
- We are pre-launch. There are no patient testimonials on this site because we do not have patients yet.
- Our named medical reviewer is being engaged now. Until they have signed off, nothing on this site carries a medically-reviewed badge.
- Most of what we prescribe is compounded, which means it is not FDA-approved. We say so on every page rather than in a footnote.
- Clinical care is delivered by independent licensed clinicians and pharmacies through OpenLoop. PureMuze does not practice medicine.
- Not everyone qualifies, and we would rather tell you that in week one than take a payment first.

An OB/GYN or menopause-society clinician is being engaged to review every clinical page on this site. Their name, photo and credentials will appear here, and clinical review badges will only appear on our articles once that review has actually happened.
Founded lean, on purpose
PureMuze is an independent, founder-led telehealth company. We chose to build small and careful rather than loud and fast. That meant spending the first months on compliance, clinical infrastructure and legal review before spending anything on growth. In a category currently drawing regulatory attention for cutting corners, we think that is the durable position.
Care is delivered through OpenLoop, an established clinical infrastructure partner with a national network of licensed clinicians and partner pharmacies. We did not build a shortcut version of that ourselves.
