Your price does not climb because your dose does, and there is no membership fee or consult fee on top. Every figure is on this page.

What is in the price
Clinician review
A licensed clinician reviews your intake, your history and your goals before anything is prescribed. If you are not a candidate, you are told so.
Medication if prescribed
The medication itself is in the price, not billed separately, and dispensed by an independent licensed pharmacy.
Base labs where indicated
Labs at any Quest Diagnostics location are covered when your clinician orders them. You can also upload results from the last 24 months.
Shipping
Discreet packaging, direct to your door, with nothing on the outside identifying the contents.
Ongoing check-ins
Follow-up visits and messaging with your care team for as long as you are in the program.
Your patient portal
Messages, visits, labs and refills in one place, available any time.

And what is not
We would rather you read this before you pay than after.
- Insurance is not accepted for the virtual visits in these programs.
- Labs run outside Quest, or billed through your insurance, may carry their own cost.
- Branded, insurance-covered medications are billed by your plan and pharmacy, not by us.
- Anything a clinician decides is not appropriate for you is not prescribed, at any price.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel any time, and plans are month to month. On refunds we will only tell you what the policy actually says: a full refund if you cancel within the first 72 hours of your subscription term and have not yet received services, and a refund if a clinician disqualifies you for a medical reason. For monthly subscriptions no refund is issued for the month in which you cancel or for prior months, and federal law prohibits returning dispensed prescription medication.
